We stand for those who live with conviction and train with intention. We exist to help people better steward themselves for the lord not only in spirit and truth but in body for even when we take care of our temples, we worship him. This is a movement for those who refuse shortcuts. For those who understand that true power and fulfillment is built and found in the foundation of God. For he chose to endure, so will we.

Our commitment comes from experience, we have walked through our lowest of lows, felt the compromise of health and we refused to accept that as normal. This movement was started to help people rise from that place, a call to return to Christ. We choose discipline. Fewer ingredients, each one earning it's place. We don't believe in compromise.
